Strategy consulting

We define growth and transformation plans aligned with each organisation’s objectives. We analyse the present to design a clear route towards the future.

When it makes sense

  • The organisation is growing faster than its structure, and decisions are increasingly made on the fly.
  • There are several opportunities on the table, no resources for all of them and no criteria to choose between them.
  • The market has shifted and the plan that worked three years ago no longer explains what is happening.
  • A new stage is coming —a handover, new partners, expansion— and you need an agreed direction before making a move.

What it includes

  • Diagnosis: a review of the current situation, the market and the organisation’s position within it.
  • Priorities: which objectives to pursue, in what order, and on what basis to choose between them.
  • Route map: specific initiatives with owners, deadlines and assigned resources.
  • Indicators: what gets measured to know whether the plan is working, and how often it is reviewed.
  • Support: follow-up during execution and adjustments when reality calls for them.

What you are left with

A written plan the leadership team can explain in a ten-minute meeting, with the decisions made and what each person has to do from the following Monday.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a strategy consulting project take?

It depends on the size of the organisation and the scope, but the initial diagnosis is a matter of weeks, not months. The timeline is agreed in writing before we start.

Do we need our data in order before we begin?

No. Part of the diagnosis is precisely to organise the information that already exists and identify what is missing.

Do you work with the leadership team or with everyone?

Both. Decisions are made with the leadership team, but the diagnosis needs conversations with the people who know the day-to-day work: that is where what never reaches the reports shows up.
