2. What data we process and why

  • Data: name, company or organisation, email address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
  • Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal.
  • Legal basis: your consent, given explicitly in the form, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

No profiling or automated decision-making takes place. We do not send marketing messages to anyone who has not asked for them.

3. How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law. If the enquiry does not lead to a professional relationship, the data is deleted once it has been dealt with.

4. Who we share it with

We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. The following processors are involved, under contract:

  • Web hosting: [[HOSTING PROVIDER AND COUNTRY]]. Servers located in the European Union.
  • Email delivery: Resend, Inc. (United States), used only to deliver form messages to the owner’s inbox. This involves an international transfer covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
  • Content delivery and security: Cloudflare, Inc., acting as a technical intermediary for connections to the site.

5. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability by writing to info@findforward-ad.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
